This workshop is a survey of brewing throughout the ages. We will start off defining what beer, wine, and mead are and investigate potential origins for these beverages. We also will look at this early brewing through anthropology. Then, we will cover some of the early techniuqes as preserved in the archeology by the Sumerians and Egyptials. We will then work our way forward in time and see how government and science has changed brewing from those early days.
Run time is aproximately 45 min. This workshop can be combined with "Brewing 101" for aproximately 1.5 to 2 hour workshop.
