In this workshop, the basics of brewing will be covered. We start off with the importance of sanitation and various methods that can be used. The workshop will then cover the equipment that is required to brew and the tools that make brewing easier and more fun. The last 2/3 of the workshop covers how to produce wine, mead, and beer on a homebrew scale, and compare that to the professional scale.
Run time is aproximately an hour. This workshop can be combined with "The History of Brewing" for aproximately 1.5 to 2 hour workshop.
